Sendero Springs

Please allow me to introduce Sendero Springs: Where do you begin when discussing such a Beautiful little community named Sendero Springs. This new home construction neighbor serviced by Streetman Homes, is conveniently located on 1431 in the Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District. Streetman Homes has built homes in this Community for over four years and is currently the only builder remaining as the economic storm has removed the other builders. Locally owned and operated Streetman Homes continues to build and service our homes in this wonderful Round Rock community. Locally leading the way with the most 5 Star Austin Energy Rated Homes, customers from all over are moving to enjoy the wonderful amenities of Sendero Springs, which include the Only Junior Olympic Heated Salt Water swimming pool which is opened all year around. Belterra

Streetman Homes has been building in Belterra for about the past five years, what is nice, is that Belterra has an Austin address, but is in the Dripping Springs Independent School District with Rooster Elementary located in the heart of the community and it is rated exemplary. Streetman Homes builds in several locations in Belterra, that makes it wonderfully convenient for the kids to walk or ride their bikes to school. As you drive down the long beautifully landscaped entrance into Belterra, you will see expansive open spaces. Belterra is set in a pristine1600 acre hill country setting. What I like about it the most is that it is made up of many little ‘pocket neighborhoods’ each in a similar price point. That is, you wouldn’t typically find a $400k dollar home, next to a $200k home. Streetman Homes builds in three of these neighborhoods. I love my comfortable spacious ranch type Streetman plan.

Sense of community is important to Streetman Homes, and that is why I sought them out. I make use of the fully equipped gym whilst my family enjoys the resort type pool, which includes a kiddie’s pool, Water Park, and a lap/exercise pool. Not much to worry about, as the lifeguard is on duty when the pool is open. All in all it’s a great place for us all to have fun! We especially look forward to the family BBQ at the clubhouse the boys can play basketball and our daughter can play on the playscapes whilst I’m burning the sausages. Our family also enjoys fishing in the catch and release pond, walking in the many parks and riding our bikes on Sundays on the 14 miles of hike and bike trails. Listen to this, the bike trails wind through Belterra actually go under the streets, which are really cool, keeping the kids from having to cross traffic on a street. We don’t even have to leave Belterra. To have all this, it’s pretty incredible! I work hard so to me Its all about Lifestyle and time. Who other then Streetman Homes would seek locations like this?

Belterra, a really lovely community located in Hays County in Southwest Austin just 7 miles past the “Y” in Oak Hill off Highway 290 West, about 15-20 minutes to downtown (non rush hour). Come out and visit!
